Note for QuarkXPress Users:

If you have Quark Xpress v3.11 or 3.12 you will need to copy the file "Kudo¿ XT 1.0.3" from your Kudo folder into the same folder as your Quark Xpress application. This will enable Kudo's Drag & Place feature to work correctly.
Quark Xpress versions 3.2 & 3.3 do not require this XT file.

The ╥Drag and Place╙ feature works with PageMaker version 4.2 and 5.0.

General Notes:

Ñ In order for drag & place to work the Kudo application must be in the same folder as the place modules.
Ñ Dragging and Placing an image of a file format that PageMaker or Quark does not recognize will cause unexpected results. For example: dragging and placing a gif image into PageMaker results in text (not an image, as you would expect) being imported into the PageMaker document. This is a PageMaker or Quark weakness.
Ñ If you have two monitors and the main monitor has fewer colors than the second, some ╥trails╙ will be evident while dragging thumbnails on the second monitor.
Ñ When SoundEdit files (FSSD files) are previewed, the sound is not played. Instead the thumbnail image is shown. This is a known bug.
